We plan and configure the technology for your property, including setup for up to ten smart locks. Hardware is purchased separately through a curated Amazon shopping list. Book a call to discuss the equipment, service scope, and next steps for your home.

02Can my existing handyman install everything?

That is the point of the service. We prepare the system and provide a clear property-specific handoff so a capable handyman can complete the physical installation. Licensed work, code compliance, and manufacturer requirements remain the property owner’s responsibility.

03Do you serve my state?

Yes. ColivingTech serves co-living investors and operators throughout the United States.

04What if my property needs more than ten locks?

Send the property details through the planning form. We will review the larger access plan and outline the appropriate scope.

05Can you help an already-operating house?
